Cathy Kirch (She/They)

As an ADHD Writing Coach, Cathy Kirch specializes in helping her fellow ADHD writers work with their brains so they can start (and finish) the projects that mean the most to them. In addition to writing and editing professionally, Cathy currently teaches writing at Columbia University. She has dedicated her academic and professional career to supporting those who struggle to get writing done, including neurodivergent writers and folks without a writing background. In the ADHD Writers Guild—an online writing center for ADHD writers—Cathy uses her neuroscience background to help writers build a practice that works with their brains.
